What I can do for you
- I’ll take the time to discover and explore your individual needs and goals. I understand the need for a healthy work/life balance, and that this looks a little different for everyone.
- I’ll make sure you never feel alone throughout any step of the recruitment process.
- I’ll make sure that any family needs and requirements are fully considered. Changing jobs and locations is not just about the role, ensuring that your family’s needs are being met is just as important!
- I can provide guidance and assistance regarding training pathways you may be interested in.
- I can help negotiate contracts and percentages with any prospective employer.
- I can organise on-site visits to potential job opportunities when they arise. If you prefer, I can also attend with you to ensure both the practice and the locale fit your needs.
- I’ll make sure that we enjoy the process as much as possible! Big decisions like changing jobs or moving can be both exciting and stressful, but I’ll do my best to make sure as much of that stress is removed.
The First Steps
- It’s really simple to start your journey, just provide some basic information about yourself, your experience and your goals below. I will then get in touch to either find out more about you, or to update you on any opportunities that may be arising.
- It is important to note that there are no costs or fees for you to use this service. I will not provide your information to any 3rd party without your consent, and you can opt out of being considered for any upcoming roles.
- At this time we are primarily recruiting for medical practitioners that are either locally accredited or have current registration in the UK, New Zealand, Ireland or Canada. However, this can change, so if your circumstances differ from the above we would still love to hear from you!
